Nic-Riabelle has a master's degree in Water and Sanitation from the International Institute of Water and Environmental Engineering (2iE) in Ouagadougou. She collaborated with the Water and Sanitation Program (PEA)/GIZ as a junior consultant where she was in charge of drafting the Municipal Strategy for the Sanitation of Wastewater and Excreta in the municipality of Dano.
