This briefing note presents key insights from IRC's work on district WASH master planning, which was spearheaded under the Safe Water Strategy project funded by the Conrad N Hilton Foundation. It draws on an internal evaluation of IRC's district WASH master planning work in three countries: Ethiopia, Ghana, and Uganda, and on other activities in Burkina Faso and Rwanda.
