| Abstract | This report was part of a benchmarking study commissioned by the Kenya Markets Trust, and funded by Gatsby Africa, to inform stakeholders in the development of the water sector in Kenya. As part of its on-going support to the sector, an international study was undertaken of countries that have successfully transformed their water sectors, and to provide lessons learnt. This document presents one of the country cases: Colombia. Given that the lessons of Colombia are potentially relevant for other countries as well, this document is now also published as a stand-alone report, beyond the other cases prepared as part of the international benchmarking study. |
