| Abstract | In recognition of the pivotal role of WASH in the delivery of quality healthcare services, the Ministry of Health, with support from the Sanitation and Hygiene Fund, took a step to develop the abridged version of the existing WASH in healthcare facilities guidelines. This was aimed at making them more adoptable by the intended users at all levels. These present easy-to-read and apply minimum standards and protocols for providing healthcare services in a clean and safe environment for staff, patients, and visitors. |
