Finance and Administration Officer | Isoko y'Ubuzima Project in Rwanda
Florence Mutesi has joined the IRC WASH – Isoko y’Ubuzima Project in Rwanda as the Finance and Administration Officer. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA Rwanda), holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance, and is currently pursuing an MBA in Finance to further strengthen her expertise.
Florence brings a strong background in finance, with substantial experience in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and project finance across both the public and private sectors. She has managed complex budgets, led accounting and audit assignments, and ensured financial and regulatory compliance for diverse organizations.
Prior to joining IRC, she served as the Junior Finance Manager for an EU-funded project at Friedrich Ebert Stiftung Rwanda, worked as an Auditor at BDO EA Rwanda Ltd, and held various accounting roles in the private sector.
Recognized for her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative approach, Florence is dedicated to supporting strategic financial decision-making and contributing meaningfully to the success of the project.
