The first WASH Systems for Health Learning Forum was held 10–14th February 2025, bringing together the entire programme consortium and facilitating cross-learning. It took place in Kathmandu, Nepal and was conducted in a hybrid format to enable participation from all global partners. The overarching theme across the four days was building and harnessing political support for WASH systems strengthening. Insights presented in this event report will be used to inform WASH Systems for Health programming and shape future research and learning processes within the project.
