Operations Manager | IRC Ghana
Gabriel joined IRC Ghana as Operations Manager in 2025. In this role, he is responsible for managing key functions in human resource management, procurement, protocol services, office management, and providing strategic administrative support to the Country Director.
Over the years, Gabriel has developed solid experience in operations management, digital tools and automation, and has provided strategic support to human resources, procurement, IT, and protocol services while working with international institutions such as the U.S. Department of State, the British Council, and the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO).
Gabriel holds a Master’s degree in Project Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) and a Bachelor of Arts in Information Studies with Philosophy.
He is an avid video game enthusiast with a deep passion for humanitarian initiatives, sustainability, and artificial intelligence.
